Could you update your free and premium version of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?
The current version of swatches plugins is the following.
Variation Swatches for WoooCoommerce – Version 1.1.17
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro – Version 1.1.17
Please make sure you are using the same version and let me know your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update?

Can you provide a link to the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro update ? It is neither proposed in my plugin page in the admin nor on the download page on your site (I’m still with 10.0.43).

Following your last message I thought that my licence had expired (it was the case last year since I forgot to renew in time) so I paid USD 49 for the renewal thinking that I would then see the Pro version in the downloads. But it isn’t there.
Looking at the licence section I see that my licence was expiring on June 21 2021 so I didn’t have to pay for it now. So now I see that I have 2 licences: 1 that expires on June 21 2021 and the one I paid today (with a diferent licence number) that expires on May 9 2022… I see the new version 1.1.17 in the download version but still not the Pro version.
Could you check that for me please ? I’d like you, if you can, to cancel my subscription from today and change my licence expiry date to June 21 2022. And of course I’d like to have access to download for both 1.1.17 versions…

OK I’ve found wre the issue was coming from. In the download area I see that: “Variation Swatches For Woocommerce” but in fact it is the Pro version. I’ve tried to download it ans install and it works fine. I didn’t realize that it was the Pro version because it is not written in the title and since you have 2 versions I thought it was the free one. You should write “Variation Swatches For Woocommerce Pro” for it to be clear…
So now I’ve updated everything and it’s OK. Just that I’ve paid another licence for nothing (or 2 months too early) but it’s not a big problem. If you can extend my old one to June 2022 it’s ok because I will not use the second one.

Plugin not working after v. 1.1.2

Hi,
Just want to let you know that on my website using Woodmart theme v.6.0.4 your plugin just stopped working since v. 1.1.2. I’ve tried several versions since then until the last 1.1.16 and each time I must reinstal the good old 1.1.2 but my guess is that someday 1.1.2 may stop working with new wordpress versions.
The symptoms are that when I upgrade to something higher than 1.1.2 the variation buttons (color and length) don’t keep selected when I select another one. For example if I select the blue color, it gets unselected when I select the length attribute. And then if I reselect blue, my selected length attribute gets unselected and so on… So since I cannot select both mandatory attributes it’s impossible to order any product…
Fortunately I still have 1.1.2 working fine until now. If you are aware of this issue I can provide screen videos or admin access if you can help me to solve it.
