Pro version does not auto update

Hello, usual version has update, pro version does not. How can I make it auto update?

Sorry for the inconvenience. I am sure you have the license key in place.

Please update the basic version of our swatches plugin. Once it is updated, you should find the update option for the premium version too.

This might be due to cache. Let me know if the problem is resolved.

I am sorry for the inconvenience. The Starter is just the name of a premium package. The starter and the PRO are the same.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

You can also try this. Download the latest version from here:- https://getwooplugins.com/my-account/downloads/

Once you have the latest version, try uploading it to your dashboard. WP will show you a warning if you want to replace the existing version, confirm and continue. This will keep you on the safe side.
