I have checked your backend admin panel. It seems, the WooCommerce AJAX Variation Threshold is not working properly in your site and that’s why the cross signs are not appearing.
In the pro version of our swatches plugin, we have a feature to disbale the WooCommerce AJAX Variation Threshold. If you disable this then the cross sign will work fine.

Hi! I cannot understand why in the e-commerce we are developing, despite having configured to put a crose on unavailable variable products, this cross does not appear in the front end. I await yours, thank you.
