Thank you for your response. I appreciate that these things take time and it may be something that you have not looked at previously.
Is there any way this can be more quick? We have nearly been waiting 4 weeks for a fix on this and we cannot wait several more weeks.
This needs to be quicker due to the fact that as I have said it is delaying our website launch.

Issue with multiple attributes

We have a query from a client on this product: – Warehouse Aisle & Bay Identification Markers – UK Shelving: https://staging.ukshelving.co.uk/product/warehouse-aisle-bay-identification-markers/
When you change the characters it deselects the width and height options. For attributes, in this example, if we change the characters option, it deselects all others, can it keep the other options selected if they are available, if not, remove them.
We had the deselect unavailable attributes option on originally but then it doesnt work very well – for example, you can click on characters 3 and then nothing changes.
We ideally want the other options to still be selected if they are available. For example if you go from 2 to 1 characters, the width and height should stay selected as that combination is available https://staging.ukshelving.co.uk/product/warehouse-aisle-bay-identification-markers/
