Most products on our website have variation images assigned. The function is not working on any of the products.
Here is an example:

In an effort to fix the issue I did try to uninstall and reinstall the plugins (pro and free) and that did not fix the issue.

Neither of those are the issue.
The gallery of additional images are not being shown. Each of the color options has four unique variation images assigned but are not being shown. This was working previously and I can’t say for sure when or what triggered the issue.
Here is a screenshot of the product (Red/Black) variation configured on the backend:
The image showed in reply but doesn’t seem to once posted. Here is a link to the image:

Please make sure your theme has any gallery features or not.
Our gallery plugin will work with the default WooCommerce gallery.
If you have any visual options from your theme settings please enable the WooCommerce default gallery.
If no option is found, please contact theme support and ask them to enable the WooCommerce Default gallery for you.
From our inspection, our gallery plugin is not enabled or initiated for another gallery script. You can also perform a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :
=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery Plugin.
=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

I was able to find the issue which was with a plugin which allows us to add a video to the gallery. This is a little disappoiting as we really would like that feature. Are you aware of any plugins which would allow us to add a video to the gallery as well as support your variation images?
The plugin we were using was : Product Video Gallery for Woocommerce by NikHiL Gadhiya

Adding Video to the gallery is our Pro feature. You can check our documentation.
You should know one thing, you can’t use two gallery scripts at the same site.
