Variation Swatches plugin not working properly

Hello, I recently purchased the plugin but it’s not working properly on my store ( https://tjbtimothy.wpcomstaging.com/shop/ ) :

-When clicking on a specific variant, it doesn’t show the image & details of that variant, it stays as is.

-“Add to cart” button not working on variants (item not being added to cart)

Please let me know what I should do next,
