Modal dialog with description

Hi all,
We would like a feature, or a way, to implement a link with a modal dialog to explain an attribute in more detail (with text and images).
So for example like on the page from giffgaff (Buy SIM Free iPhone 7 Refurbished Second Hand Used | giffgaff) you can click on “what do these terms mean” and a dialog pop up with some detail explanation.
We would like to implement this on our product page iPhone 6s 16 GB Space Gray – Gut | mobileup
Is there a way to do that? We could also accept a solution with some custom functions, we do have developers.
