Hello,

I am trying to add a product that has multiple options and I need an ‘if this, then that’ solution. I wondered if you could help.

I want to add a chair.

The chair is available is 3 different sizes and 2 finish options — either fabric or vinyl.

Each finish option has 13 colour options. BUT you CAN’T opt for both fabric AND vinyl.

So I need to force the customer to choose 1 size option, 1 finish option (fabric OR vinyl) and then 1 colour option.

Is this possible with your plugin?

Hi Libby,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Currently, this is not possible with the swatches plugin.

In fact, you will find other plugins called extra product options to achieve this goal.

By default, WooCommerce does not support this for variable products.

Is there anything else we can do for you?
