Want To Add Extra Images Per Product Variation For Free? Download Now

All variations are disabled by the plugin

Hi there,

I’m using “Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce” and “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro” on my shop and so far everything was working fine, since a few days ago: The plugins set all variations to disabled, although all variations are still in stock. So currently no product can be ordered! I deactivated the plugin “Additional Variation Images Gallery” and everything is working great again. As soon as I am reactivating it, the error occurs again. I did not install any other plugins within my setup the last few days – I might have updated a few plugins to the newest version, but other than that, I didn’t change anything.

This product for example is fully stocked, but no attribute can be selected: https://childish.wtf/shop/save-lives-t-shirt/

Can you please help me? I really need to get my products back online.

Thanks & Best,

Henning

Plugin activated (no attributes can be selected):

My settings for the swatches plugin (both did not change anything):

Just found another hint: Within the console there is an error that says:

frontend.min.js?ver=1.1.19:1 Uncaught TypeError: this.product_variations.reduce is not a function
at e.value (frontend.min.js?ver=1.1.19:1)

And the “frontend.min.js?ver=1.1.19:1” is located at “…/plugins/woo-variation-swatches/assets/js/frontend.min.js?ver=1.1.19:1”.

Maybe that helps?

Thanks & Best,

Henning

Hello Henning,

Thanks for reaching out to us. I have tested your site from my end and didn’t found any issue you mentioned.

I found Swatches, Swatches PRO, and Gallery plugin are installed and activated.

Please check this screencast. Could you please clear your browser cache and caching plugin cache?

Thanks

Hi Hakik,

Thanks for your reply – yes, I solved the problem by myself just yesterday. I had to deactivate some functionality using the “Asset clean up” plugin. So for now it is working, although it’s not a “clean” solution.

Thanks & best,

Henning

Hello Henning,

Thanks for informing us of the issue. Basically, all the JS and CSS files are already minified inside our plugin.

The assets cleanup plugin compresses the JS and CSS file again. It sometimes causes issues.

You can exclude our CSS and JS from asset clean-up.

Still, I will refer this issue to the development team. 🙂

Thanks
