Hi, I’d like you to help me with something. I would like the color to appear under the product both on the homepage and on the store page. I made the settings as in your documentation, but they still don’t appear. Could you please help me?
Also, when i choose my product, color and size, write Undefined. Its a setting for this? Thank you!
Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
And add your site URL, login username, and password in the site login area. Follow this guideline: https://www.useloom.com/share/27c1f2ac633c4060b2da883d946107d7
Hope to hear from you soon!
Sure, check it out, i made a user for you.
It appears that I do not have enough permission to investigate the issue on your site.
Will you please update the account?
Also, could you send us the latest version of the theme that you are using on your site? We’ll try to investigate your issue by installing your theme on our local setup.
You can upload the theme file in Dropbox or Google Drive and send the download link here directly.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
I update the account,
Theme link: https://mab.to/djX5b5T8M
I tried to install the theme and got this error.
So, I tried to download it from your site but I was not successful.
However, I found that the theme was nested in another folder and was able to install it.
Please remove the plugin that I installed on your site 🙁
After installing the theme on my local setup and our test site, it worked without an issue.
You can check the output here.
Here are the login details of the test site:
User name: admin
User name: admin
Please help us reproduce the issue.
And what we can do next? On my site doesn’t work, idk why :-s.
I made the setting in the plugin but the colors dont show under product in homepage and shop page.
Sorry for the inconvenience again.
I have used the default options and it worked.
If you implemented any specific feature or custom options then you can help us by reproducing the issue on the test site.
If you look at me on the site at the plugin settings there is no problem? I mean, the colors don’t show up because of the theme, or did I not do something right? is there no way to make them appear under the product on the store page?
Is there a way to remove the attribute name when I click or hover over them? Black label from photo:
I did not notice any issue with your settings during my check.
It appears that our access is removed so I could not verify this now.
Were you able to fix the issue?
Please disable/uncheck the tooltip option to remove the attribute name.
I disable it, but again, the setting the settings are not put on my site. I think its from theme, but i have a good theme a very popular and appreciated theme. Idc why the setting dont works
With further investigation, I have found something for you.
You are using one of the cloud templates (not the default one).
The cloud template does not have the Add To Cart button enabled on the archive pages.
Will you please check or connect with the theme team to enable the Add To Cart on your archive pages?
I hope you will find this helpful.
But I can put the add to cart button in the pages, because I have this setting, and even if I enable it, my attributions still don’t appear above the button.
Sorry for the delayed response. We tried to find a solution but could not find any for the custom template.
I would request you to ask your theme development team for adding the following hook:
<?php do_action(‘wvs_pro_variation_show_archive_variation’); ?>
Thanks a lot for your understanding
Thanks for the support, but it didn’t work. Maybe this is helpful for you. I discovered that in the homepage and in the shop page the attributes do not appear, but in the cross sell in the cart, the attributes appear. See the attached photos.
