Plugin freezes site in mobile

Hello,
We have a problem with the plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Pro. When it is activated it freezes the mobile version of our site. It is imposible to navigate through the menu and through the site. We are using Shopstar! premium template. Once the pro version of the plugin is deactivated and only the simple version of the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce is active the problem is eliminated. Any suggestions on that? Can you help in any way?

Hi George,

Can you verify if you have the latest versions of our Variation Swatches plugins?

The latest versions are:
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – 1.1.19
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce PRO – 1.1.18

Also, can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
