Default Product Image Loading Issue

Hi team,

I’m facing an issue where the general product image won’t load, the one without any variation selected. However, if I refresh the page a couple of times it shows up.

I was wondering if you could take a look and see what the issue might be?

Can you please confirm you have attached the product thumbnail and gallery? For more clarification check this screenshot. If you kept any of them blank gallery will not initialize.

Thank you for the reply, I included the Product Image only for the default product, not the whole gallery.

Screenshot example attached, would this be the problem? I need to include the whole product gallery or?

Hello Jovan,

Unfortunately, the image was not attached. Please use image-sharing apps like Lightshot.

To initialize the gallery, you have to select at least one image for the product gallery.

No need for the screenshot, you were right, once I included the Product Image in the Gallery below, it loaded right away.
