My customers can not select the purple shoes, I set the same image for all the purple color variations.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The purple variation is selectable from my side. Please check this screenshot.

It is maybe a caching issue. Could you please clear your browser cache, caching plugin cache (if you have any), and server caching, etc?
