We’ve paid but we cannot download the plugin

Hello,

We’ve purchased Variation Swatches for Woocommerce from our account, but we are not able to download the plugin because it does not appear in our downloads list. The problem is that the cost has been discounted from our account. Not one but twice, I mean we have two charges of 43,49€ which correspond with the 49$ when changing the coin.

We need to have the plugin download available and also to be given back the money for that second charge. We only need one site license plugin.

The code for these 2 charges on our card joined to PayPal are:
