Hi Priya,

Can you verify if you have the latest versions of our Variation Swatches plugins?
The latest versions are:
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – 1.1.17
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce PRO – 1.1.17

Also, don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

i am not using pro , plugin

but why it is not working in free plugin
