Customers cannot add products to cart, it throws an error code to go back and select all options before continuing after they have already selected all options. Some items the variation swatch cannot be selected, it is automatically deselected when they click on the add to cart option. This started with the latest WooCommerce udpate.

Could you check your free and premium version of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?

The current version of swatches plugins is the following:

WoooCoommerce – Version 5.5.2

Variation Swatches for WoooCoommerce – Version 1.1.17

Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro – Version 1.1.17

Please make sure you are using the same version and let me know your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update?

Just confirmed both versions of the plug in are 1.1.17 and have not resolved the issue.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

I don’t know how to recreate the errors, they don’t show up until customers come to me reporting that they cannot add products to their cart. I cannot recreate the error in any environment on my end to know when and where it is happening. The only thing I’ve figured out so far is that when I activate variation swatches the issue comes back, and when I take it off customers can place orders again. The error code tells customers that they have to select all options before adding the item to their cart, but they have selected all options on their end and there is nothing more they can do. When I try to do the same thing in different test browsers here, I cannot get it to do that, but I have had several customers from different situations come up with the same issue until I removed variation swatches.

I’m guessing with this, but the only other product working functionally with this where the issue is happening is with product add on’s plug in.
