Thank you for your reply but actually your request is a little bit weird, nobody has asked me before to send the whole theme from him to check it with all the other plugins that I have purchased .. this same is not for free my friend.
So I do suggest to send you an access to the dashboard or the website so you can check if we could fix this problem or not… so I can get my money back.
By the way, this theme “Electro” is very popular and has thousands of sales and most of the plugins are matching with it.. so you can check it or contact with the developer I think he is indian too.
kindly inform me about the best way of solving this issue as I have a deadline at the end of this month to launch the website INS!!!

I am sorry if you are offended by the request. We ask for theme files from our customers to work on compatibility issues.
We install the theme on our local sites to run tests.
Working on a live site is challenging as things may go wrong.
You can share the theme file [we do not need the license key]. You can also share admin access to your site so we can work on this. Make sure to create a backup of your site.
Additionally, you can also install the theme file on the following test site:

Of course I have create the global color type attributes, I have even created it as image not as the color picker because it doesn’t work if I wanna to make “other color” among other attributes so that I decided to put color attributes as images.
I have uploaded the theme in your test website.. you can checked it now … and I hope to find a solution for this issue.

We have added support only for color-type attributes for now.
We will add support for image type attributes in our future updates.
You are using image type attributes for the colors so it is appearing as texts.
If you have further confusion, please let me know.

Ok that means I have to return again to use the color picker for color attributes?!!!
Another question: I wanna to remove the text that appears on the tooltips when I use the photos because it doesn’t look good when we put images for the products variation and attributes and the text (name or attributes) still show up…. I mean here to keep the tooltips with image but without explanation text (as in attached photo).

I have attached the photo again … to explain it again… now we will add photos for the tooltips of products variations (Step 1) but the tooltips text (step 2) still show up but not text not good, the word “Black” doesn’t shows fully as you can see in the image.
So we want to remove the tooltips text when we add an image for the tooltips

Sorry for disturbing with my multi questions but I have changed the color attributes to color picker and it works in the shop page sidebar but there is still the checkbox beside the color circle (attached photo)… would you tell me how to remove the check box.

Widgets images of attributes

Hello,
I have just bought your plugin today… but there are 2 problems I found:
1- The have changed all the attributes to images such as color and countries but in the sidebar of the shop it doesn’t shows the images and it’s still check list as always… I have followed all the steps and watched this video but nothing changed https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3HPBrRjH0kY…. although I have asked your sales in chat before I bought the plugin and he confirmed that everything will be alright even after I told him which theme I’m using.
Kindly note that I’m using Electro theme.
2- In the homepage I have some product which has attributes that shown at the interface or outside the product the same like in the shop but it shows the size attributes in vertical not horizontal which make the product very unorganized and ugly.
So how could we solve these problems?
