I am building a website on word press based on Ocean wp theme and hosting by tmdhosings, as I installed the variation swatchs for woocommerce by Emran with the help of plugins, it downloads but says raise a ticket.

can you please resolve the matter for me so that I can use it.

Actually that option we kept to create rapid ticket, so that you can create a ticket rapidly while you are facing any issue with our plugin. That is not an error.
