color, size, etc variation not displaying

Hi I have a problem with variation swatches, its not displaying the colors and sizes of my producttest – Shopscommerce - Google Chrome 6_27_2021 6_50_05 PM.png

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If plugin conflict doesn’t help, please send us the latest version of the theme that you are using on your site. We’ll try to investigate your issue installing your theme on our local setup.

You can upload the theme file in Dropbox or Google drive and send the download link here directly.

Can you also please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

You didn’t provide prices for each variation. That’s why your variation swatches are not displaying.

ok but when i click on the swatches settings all i see is promotion for the premium version

yeah i cant find a way to see the swatches settings where you put in the price because there are a bunch of videos and promotion for the premium version of this plugin and theres no X button anywhere to remove the vids

i had to click expand

im all set now

do I remove my admin password in this ticket?
