When I check the box for ‘Show selected attribute variation name beside the title’ it shows up on my product page as ‘Colour: undefined’. I have setup all the attributes as suggested and assigned colour swatches. I am using the latest version of the plugin. Any suggestions why this might be happening?

Thanks.

Hi Tom,

Can you verify if you have the latest versions of our Variation Swatches plugins?
The latest versions are:

Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – 1.1.17
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce PRO – 1.1.17

This mostly happens if you have an older version of the premium plugin.

Thank You

Hi Tom Parsons,

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If you allow me I can perform the test on your site.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you
