Hey,

i have the same issue that is mentioned in the following ticktets:

https://getwooplugins.com/ticket/39700/

https://getwooplugins.com/ticket/91169/

https://getwooplugins.com/ticket/84275/

You are asking them for a video to reproduce, but there is bascially nothing to show you.

i can add the additional images to the variation in the backend. but they will not show up in the front end.

i think we need to connect the addiotinal images to the crockoblock template, can you provide help?

i will attache my credentials, you are free to test it there (page is not live yet, so dont worry)

best ivan

Hello Ivan,

Thanks for your interest.

So, your issue is- “JetProductGallery” is not behaving like the WooCoomerce default gallery. Right?

Unfortunately it will not work. Because, we make our plugin to extend WooCommerce gallery functionality. Our plugin is fully based on WooCommerce and “JetProductGallery” is a different gallery plugin.

Note: There are lots of gallery plugins and some theme also provide different gallery option for their theme. Therefore it is difficult to compatible with every gallery. Our plugin just provide extra facility to show images for each variation with WooCommerce gallery. “JetProductGallery” has their own codebase to display images.

We made it to work with default WooCommerce Gallery. Therefore it is not an issue. You just want another feature to display variation images with “JetProductGallery”. You can put this feature request here.

I hope I could clear your confusion. But, I will discuss this matter with the Development Team.

Thanks
