Variation Images are not correctly updated in Flatsome Quick View

Hello,

I am currently using flatsome as my theme and I have installed and using both “Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce” and “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” plugins.

Everything works as expected within a Product Page. That means that when I go into a Product (without having chosen a variation initially) I get the default images that are set in the wordpress fields and afterwards when I choose a variation I get the images that are set to each variation. I am attaching some screenshots for your reference:

The issue that I am currently facing is when I enable the Quick View feature in flatsome.

When I click on Quick View, initially I get all the default images as expected, but then when I choose a variation, it only updates the first picture to the variation image leaving the rest images to the default ones.

I would really appreciate if you are able to assist us with this issue and I am available for any questions/clarifications you may require!

Hi Tanvirul,

Thank you very much for replying!

I have upgraded the plugins as you suggested and from a quick look it seems like the issue is still persisting.

Hi SPYRIDON,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Thank you

Hi Tanvirul,

Again thank you very much for getting back to me.

As you suggested I have deactivated all the plugins except for “Woocommerce”, “Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce”, and “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” and unfortunately the issue still persists.

As a result I have created a recording https://www.loom.com/share/98b88652d38d413abf0f2fd8a473a17c in which I display that all the plugins are deactivated and I also show how the product is set up at the backend and how it behaves at the front end.

Thank you very much for your help and I am looking forward to hearing from you!

Kindest Regards,
