Default Image Type Attribute not allow “Default form values” variation

Hi guys,

We’ve a variation product with some atributtes and selected a “Default form values” variation on product page. The native way of Woocommerce is to display on archive page the image of the “Default form values” that you’ve selected on the product page.

Instead of this, the plugins Variation Swatches settings only allow us to select in Default Image Type Attribute option three options: First, Maximum, Minimum but not the variation selected in the product page, this is unacceptable. Our archive page display now all wrong image products.

It’s mandatory to have this option available, since it’s the native and normal configuration function for the main images variation.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

I’ll do the next ticket like you said. Now I resolve the issue selecting the option “Default Image Type Attribute: First Attribute”. This option shows in archive products the default selected variation at product page as I edit.

The problem for me here was that the option name it’s not clear “First Attribute” when it’s taking the default.

Okay, the option: First Attribute takes the first attribute that is used for the product and if it is a select type then it converts to an image type swatch.
