Color swatches by name, only in one product

I installed the free plugin and started using it and works as expected. By now Im implementing it with one of my product categories. I define color swatches to appear instead of color names, BUT some of the last imported products shows names instead of color swatches!

I don’t know why those manual input appeared. I used the automatic import, but anyway now its working fine with your advice.
