I can not add a variable product to the shopping cart on the shop page.

Good morning,

I have a problem with variable products in the shop. I can’t add products to the shopping cart from the shop product archive page. When I click on add to cart the page reloads and does not add the product. On the single product page, however, it works fine and I can add it to the basket without any problems.

I am using elementor Hello Theme and elementor builder + woocommerce and your plugin.

The plugins are all updated to the latest version so I don’t understand why it doesn’t work.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Thank your for your reply. I did the tests you said to do. We have found out that it is due to the plugin “WooCommerce Product Options”. What can i do in this case?

We tried to migrate our site to your test environment but it didn’t work out.
Is it possible that you check it in our environment? We could provide you with ftp acces if it helps out.
Maybe the issue just appears in combination with wpml?
