Order has been received & Order is now complete emails

Hi
Great plugin. Everything works fine except i am getting test emails of “Order has been received & Order is now complete ” 35 to 45 minutes late after order.
Also please note i am getting new order and other emails quickly plus i also checking order status its showing “Complete” but both emails “Order has been received & Order is now complete ” 35 to 45 minutes late. ” Order is now complete ” contain download link.
Please guide me how to fix this.
