Unfortunately, this error is not related with our plugin. It is a error of WooCommerce.
From my point of view, it may be a permission issue or unsuccessful update of your WooCommerce Plugin.
Could you please contact with your hosting provider? To reinstall WooCommerce plugin for you and also inform them about this.
