How to delete word “clear”?

That clear link is for unselect all the variation. It will help your customer to clear selected variation in one click.

But if you really want to hide that link, please put the below code here-

Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and press Publish button.

a.reset_variations {
display: none;
}
