Attribute blur with cross but still clickable

Problem: Attributes that are blurred with cross are not clickable. I would like them to be clickable so the Yith Waiting List plugin can work.

Situation:  Without the Variations Swatches plugin, the attributes were listed in the dropdown and when user click on one attribute that is out of stock, the waiting list button shows up in place of the add-to-cart button prompting the visitor to add their email to the waiting list. When the item is back in stock, the visitor gets notified automatically by email by our website. This is a very nice feature to have.

Now with the Variations Swatches plugin activated, the dropdown list is converted to buttons, which we LOVE! But unfortunately, attributes that are blurred is greyed out, not clickable, which means the Yith Waiting List plugin does not work. Ideally, when visitor clicks on an attribute that is blurred with cross, the waitling list button will show up instead of the add-to-cart prompting visitory to add their email to the waiting list of the out-of-stock item.
