Changing image is not feature of our plugin, is the feature of WooCommerce itself.
Could you disable our swatches plugin and check is it working without our plugin or not?

I turned off the swatches plugin, but then i loose my swatch colours. In this recording I show you how the images change when the colour is clicked on. Desktop works, mobile does not work.

I have seen your reproduced video but it’s not followed my requested instruction. For debugging purposes, I need to know is it working or not on mobile without our swatches plugin.
Changing image is not feature of our plugin, is the feature of WooCommerce itself, or your theme developer maybe modified the WooCommerce default gallery view for mobile. I hope you can now understand.
