Fatal error on Additional Images Gallery

I am getting fatal errors on some products pages, with the following message on the log :

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Deactivating Additional Image Gallery solve the issue and product pages are accessible again, so this is the current status.

Hello,

I updated the plugins with the last release : it solved the issue described, but I have a new one : the images are not displaying in the product page, unless you hover on with the mouse.

I have updated the connexion info with a staging version of the website.

Kindly try to disable your all caching system, If you have Cloudflare or serverside caching enabled, try to clear the cache as well and then check again please.

Hello,

I tried and it is not working. I cleared the cache from WP Rocket, then deactivated it completely. Same problem still here. Staging site is in that configuration ( caching system disabled, plugins activated)

Still no fix for this new issue ? the images are not displaying in the product page, unless you hover on with the mouse.
Our production site is not running as we wish for the past two weeks now.
