Hi there,

we are just implementing our new products into the Store, and we came across the following problem: the option “disable AJAX threshold to make variations work like non ajax style” is not found in the settings of your plugin. As a result the product variation does not decrease to the potential variations, instead it shows, that the chosen variation is not available.

Could you update your free and premium version of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?

The current version of swatches plugins is the following.

Variation Swatches for WoooCoommerce – Version 1.1.15.1

Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro – Version 1.1.15

Please make sure you are using the same version and let me know your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update?

The option “Disable ajax variation threshold to make all variation work like non ajax style.” will be available once you activate Swatches PRO. Please check this screencast.
