Adding second set of swatches to a product

Hi there –

We are using the Variation Swatches and the Additional Variation images for our online store. It is working on most products, but this particular product: https://voltgrooming.com/product/volt-sample-2-pack/ where we are selling a 2 pack and allowing customers to select different colors for each one. Would there be a work-around or fix to get this to work properly?

Could you update your premium version of the Additional Variation Image Gallery for WooCommerce plugin?

The current version of swatches plugins is the following.

Additional Variation Image Gallery for WoooCoommerce – Version 1.2.4

Additional Variation Image Gallery for WooCommerce Pro – Version 1.2.4

Please make sure you are using the same version and let me know your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update?

Hi there –

We made sure both of those are at 1.2.4 but only the second set of color swatches on https://voltgrooming.com/product/volt-sample-2-pack/ is changing the image, not the first set.

Hi Lenka,

Changing image is not feature of our plugin, is the feature of WooCommerce itself.

Could you disable our swatches and gallery plugin and check is it working without our plugin or not?

Hi Tanvirul,

Thanks. I’ve disabled both plugins as well as our theme and the issue persists so I have placed a support ticket with Woocommerce now.
