Want To Add Extra Images Per Product Variation For Free? Download Now

Gallery doesn’t always load. But will load upon refresh.

Hello there,

I am working on a website and using your plugin. While it has been handy, we are having trouble loading the gallery consistently. A majority of the time, the gallery will load. Other times, it will not. However, if you refresh the product page, the gallery will appear.

I have disabled and reset caches and plugins and still get the same result.

You are welcome to go through several products and eventually one of the product’s gallery will not load properly.

Hello Bradley Maravalli,

Thanks for reaching out to us. You are using multiple additional variation image gallery plugin and also using an older version of WooCommerce https://prnt.sc/11qa678 make sure you are using this gallery plugin https://prnt.sc/11qaaor which is by Emran Ahmed

Kindly try to disable your all caching system before the WooCommerce plugin update and after the update clear all caches, If you have Cloudflare or serverside caching enabled, try to clear the cache as well.

If the above instraction doesn’t help, please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Image Gallery For WooCommerce Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.comI t helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Thank you

Thank you for your feedback!

Turns out that the trouble lied with the Divi Child theme, where a custom PHP function contained JavaScript/jQuery. This code has since been moved to its own JS file and is properly enqueued.

This seems to have resolved the loading issue of the plugin: Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce.
