You have to keep activate both free and pro versions to be functional, Also try to update your premium version of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?
The current version of swatches plugins is the following.
Variation Swatches for WoooCoommerce – Version 1.1.14
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro – Version 1.1.14
Please make sure you are using the same version and let me know your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update?

Hola buen día,
Lo que sucede es que migramos nuestra licencia del plugin a un nuevo wordpress y al momento de apuntarlo genera conflicto y no activa las funcionalidades para la respectiva configuración, por lo que deseamos si es posible que ustedes puedan reestablecer todas las cofiguraciones para hacer la instalación del mismo como si fuera nuevo.
Ya intentamos descargarlo de nuevo haciendo el nuevo apuntamiento y tampoco funciona.
Por lo anterior necesitamos que el plugin este apuntado al dominio https://aracnetextil.com
