Attributes not ordered

Hello, I am enjoying the swatches plugin, but unfortunately I am using for sizes and colors and the sizes and attributes after choosing them they get dis ordered. So the problem with that is it should read S, M, L, XL…etc But when I create the attributes and I choose in order it moves it and creates disorder every time. This is a problem please come up with a solution on this matter. Thanks.
