Hi, I have 2 pages with your plugin. On one page all works perfectly. On the other page, it suddenly doesnt work anymore. I have purged the cache and also removed and reinstalled the plugin.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

hi, thanks, thats unfortunately not possible, as I have many plugins and some paid ones. Is there no other way to debug? Disable plugins one by one, maybe? Point is, I have a similar website with about the same plugins, and there it is working.
I am really lost, I contacted DIVI support, but they said I should talk to the plugin provider. I made another test run with my two sides here:
you can see that the first page (lintumokki) is not working, the second page (zakkayaswiss) is working perfectly fine, both have same product settings.
I started to deactivate plugins, but couldnt find the issue. Is there anyway to start debugging? How can I find the issue?

I have installed the Divi theme on the staging site (with swatches and gallery plugin). Please do the same setting on the staging site to check the issue. Let me know when you are done.

hi Hakik, thanks alot, thats unfortunately not possible, I would need to include every plugin and custom code. Is there a way you could provide more details about hooks etc, that I could try to bugfix?
