I have an issue on my website where the thumbnail variation images are no longer appearing on the website.
Any ideas what may be causing the issue?
Here is a link to a product page where variation images should be appearing:
Also, I just realized that the variation images appear after clicking on Add To Cart button.
But the normal function is for the variation images to appear after selecting all the attributes.
Hello Anthony Froio,
Please, update your WooCommerce plugin to the latest version and check if the problem is solved or not.
Thank you for the reply, I updated WooCommerce to version 5.1.0 but the same issue occurs, which you can see on this page (when logged in):
Thanks for reaching to us.
Changing the image is not a feature of our plugin, is the feature of WooCommerce itself.
Could you disable our swatches plugin and check is it working without our plugin or not?
I just logged in and saw that the swatches plugin was already disabled, and even when it is, the issue is still there.
Any other ideas as to why it stopped working?
Disabling Elementor Pro made the variation images start working, so it seems there is a conflict between your plugin and the latest version of Elementor (3.2.1)
And I noticed the variation images do appear in the Elementor page builder, but not on the front end.
It’s a staging site, please login here and setup your theme. And try to reproduce your issue here.
Wow, are you serious, you want me to do your job for you?
I thought the purchase of your plugins included support?
Why can’t you spend some time to diagnose what is causing the issue on my website?
He is the developer of this plugin, Could you add him here on Skype?
His Skype email address is: [email protected]
Please add him and say hi. He is waiting for you there to quickly squash your issue.
Ok thanks, I reached out to the developer on Skype and am waiting for a response.
I also did further testing on the website and noticed the variation images appear when using a URL that has the parameters in it, such as: https://woof.rolloverpetfood.com/product/dog-gone-gourmet-dog-food/?attribute_pa_flavour=beef&attribute_pa_weight=908-g
But the variation images do NOT work on the same page with the basic Woocommerce URL: https://woof.rolloverpetfood.com/product/dog-gone-gourmet-dog-food/
Hopefully this can help lead to the cause of the issue.
I am aware of the Skype connection. We are checking this on our end,
I am checking in to find out if your team is closer to finding a solution?
Woocommerce has been updated to the latest version 5.2.1 today.
Can someone please reply to my messages and let me know what the status is on this issue?
