Color thumbnails don’t show up in the side widget

Hello, Hope you are doing great. I am trying to make the widget filter work and it does but the color thumbnails don’t show up. Instead, a list shows up with product count and no thumbnails. Please see the attached picture. On the left is what I’m trying to do but what I get is what you see on the right-hand side.
Could you please let me know what I am missing? I tried playing around in the options but it didn’t work although I have a pro version.
