Also, can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

Plugin is slowing down site – extremely long loading times

The plugin seems to create some critical performance issues on our site.
I have been debugging and testing with the support team at WP Engine, and their conclusion was that I need to reach out to you for a fix or help. I think the problem is mainly with the Pro version of the plugin.
Based on what WP Engine found out while digging into this is that the loading time for this “WC_Product_Variable::get_available_variation()” function needs to be reduced in some way. I think it’s coming from both Variation Swatches plugin and your Variation Images Gallery plugin, but the Variation Swatches Pro seems to be the one really causing the problems.
Can you please look into this asap and come up with a solution?
