Some layout issues

So im facing some issues I would like to be resolved.
1) So on the single product pages you see this: http://prnt.sc/10vvjxk
I would like to delete those lines on all productpages.
2) My client has 2 sizes for example S/M, but for some reason the text is too big or the circle too small: http://prnt.sc/10vvlst
Can it be an oval in stead of a circle? So the size text fits in?
