Variation photo not selected from archive to product page

Hi Support,

When we:
1. Select on the variation image on the archive page
2. Click Add to cart
3. Redirected to the product page
4. The chosen variation from point 1. is not selected on the product page…

What is going wrong?

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin compatibility doesn’t help could you send us the latest version of the theme that you are using on your site? We’ll try to investigate your issue by installing your theme on our local setup.

Hi Tanvirul,

We have tested the following situations:
1. Deactive all plugins.
2. Enable Default WP theme

But both situations this is not working. We are working with a theme and inside the theme with a Woocommerce builder where you can build templates. Where can we send private the Theme filmes?
