In the CMS, either the selection is gone (but then why does it show the variants in the frontend) or not apparent. See the product Eclipse for example.

Can you please give us a temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

You are using custom attributes. So, you have to enable a setting to display attributes (I have shown the setting in the screencast).

I have ongoing problems with the variants being hidden or not displayed at all. Customers write me when a product is available again.
I need a solution urgently, otherwise I have to delete the plugin.
