Variation Swatches on Archive / Shop Page

I also want to see the variation Swatches on the Archive / Shop Page. I have checked the settings and entered everything correctly, but it does not work. This is probably due to the theme. I am using Themify.

How can I solve this?

Hi Metehan,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Hi Tanvirul,

Thanks for your message. It works now but I have a problem. I cannot click on the variation Swatches on the Archive/Shop Page. On the Single Product page I can choose between variation Swatches, that works well. But not by product archive. The variation Swatches are only visible

Hi Metehan,

Could you check your free and premium version number of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?

The current version of swatches plugins is the following.

Variation Swatches for WoooCoommerce – Version 1.1.13

Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro – Version 1.1.13

Please make sure you are using the same version and disabled you all kind of cache system.

Kindly let me know your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update?
