Could you check your free and premium version of the WooCommerce Variation Swatches plugin?
The current version of swatches plugins is the following.
WooCommerce – version 5.1.0
Variation Swatches for WoooCoommerce – Version 1.1.13
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro – Version 1.1.13
Please make sure you are using the same version and let me know your reported issue has been fixed or not in this latest update?

We had a Pro Subscription. That Pro subscription expired on 2021-01-20.
We well medical scrubs. There are basically 2 attributes for any scrub product. The customer must choose a size and a color. With the Pro plugin activated, our customers can choose either a size or a color. If the customer clicks on a size, when they then click on a color, that click on the color causes the highlighted size to be de-selected.
If we deactivate the Pro plugin. everything works fine.
Is this issue caused by the fact that we did not renew the Pro subscription?
