I’m using the variation swatches on my website and I’m facing some issues. On every product, the first variation is always greyed out, the variation is in stock and there is no reason for it to not be selectable.

BTW, do you have a plugin called WooCommerce Force Default Variant on your site? Please try deactivating that plugin.
