duplicated double payment

Multiple serious problems with this 2co plugin

  1. inline mode do react sometimes
  2. pop up mode can be blocked by some web browsers
  3. 2co page checkout mode gets multiple double payments. the 2nd payment shows failed order but the payment has arrived twice.

got sever lines of below errors on the log.

2021-02-25T10:25:37+00:00 ERROR No IPN Receipt Response Code Generated.
