Can you please give us a temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

I solved.
I simply installed the add-on without having installed the base plugin first.
I saw the alert just now.

I downloaded and installed the pro version plugin, but after activating it I can’t set the settings and I don’t see it in the left manu. how can i solve? so i can’t enter the license key.
