Variations Swatches – can’t disable on some products

These are the settings on this product. The variations don’t have images, and yet as soon as I update it reverts back to this:

I’m sorry but your plugin is making the rest of my site look weird… This is my homepage… Why does it no longer have the button option to look at the products, and also what does “clear” mean? Also, I use a plugin for waitlisting out of stock products and that is now just showing as a big blue button… I am going to disable the plugin for now because it’s not working as I would have hoped. Please contact me, or I will need a refund…

I have several problems with your plugin… It is currently live on the page but I will have to disable it if I can’t resolve as I’ve had several customers contact me…

The variations are listed on the homepage and shop page, not just on the product page. I wouldn’t mind this but they do nothing so they are pointless. How can I remove them and only show them on the product page. (see https://luxuryyarns.co.uk)
When  you first land on a product page ALL the thumbnails are showing (not the just the ones that are in stock as selected in the plugin functionality), but they do not work or do anything. You have to add something to the basket to activate their functionality if that makes sense. Only once you’ve added something to the basket do they interact with the page  – show names, reveal image in the main window etc… (see https://luxuryyarns.co.uk/product/platinum-sock/)
I want to be able to disable the plugin on some products as it’s just not relevant. However, when I do this it still shows…

I am not sure how best to resolve this. Please advise. Can I call you? I could provide you with temporary admin access if you think that is necessary?

I have done this and it hasn’t made any difference. It is still showing ALL the possible variations including out of stock items and even those which are not “enabled” on the shop page, and also on the product page.

Image 1 – this is what the product looks like when you land on it (not logged in) As you can see – all the variations are showing but nothing happens when you click on any of the thumbnails

Image 2 – this is only once you have tried to add something to the basket. I can not keep my website looking like this. If you can’t fix by the end of the weekend or advise me how to then I need a refund.
