Changing image is not feature of our plugin, is the feature of WooCommerce itself.
Could you disable our swatches plugin and check is it working without our plugin or not?

Variation Swatches for WooCommerce not working

Hello, I love this plugin, but recently it has stopped working. The selection options (swatches) still show up correctly, but when I click different colors and sizes the selection does not change the active product variant. The interface does show the name of the highlighted color and size when clicked, but the selection doesn’t change the variant so it can be purchased. However, when I click “add to cart” I receive an error message that color needs to be selected … but then after clicking add to cart, the color selection then works. I have verified this same issue as irks across different mobile browsers (chrome, safari). I have also ensured all plugins are updated, and I have disabled and re-enabled your plugin.
